As a coach, I work with people who've already tried to figure it out and still don't know what to do next. We turn all that thinking into a decision you can actually act on.
As a producer and consultant, I help game teams build the structure around the creative work that keep everyone on the same page. The goal is simple: a system that works even when I'm not there.
